We provide specifications for manufacturers to assist architects and installers to use their products. These specs are in standard formats expected by users and are complied into clean, ready-to-use documents that are now an expected part of manufacture literature. Architects are looking for easy to use, marketing jargon-free specifications that accurately represent the product function and performance as actually manufactured and are easy to compare with compete products. We provide sections in both 1995 and 2004 Masterformats.
As member of USGC and a LEED accredited professional, we are committed to sustainable design that is environmentally friendly, budget-appropriate and where required consistent with LEED criteria and requirements. Most of our projects are LEED based and we have written specifications for project from certified to Gold Ratings and are working on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts first Net zero carbon foot print DCAM project.
